Contact Profile Updates

We changed how you view contacts in Emma. It should save you a lot of back-and-forth.

Click any contact’s email address and a preview opens on the right side of your screen. See their engagement stats, groups, subscriptions, and recent campaign activity right there, without leaving your list. If you need more detail, go to the full profile from the preview.

The full profile got a refresh too. It’s organized into tabs now, so you’re not scrolling to find what you need. And the tab that used to say “Emails” is now called “Campaign” because it covers both email and SMS history in one place.

A few things worth knowing:

• The preview is available on all plans. No setup needed. Just click a contact.
• The “Emails” tab is now “Campaign.” Same information, expanded to include SMS.
• If your account uses Shared Contact View, you’ll also see a Subaccounts tab with cross-account contact data.
