With just a few clicks, your customer data appears in your Emma account. We’ll even organize your customers by purchase history to inspire new, tailored communications.
Track purchase activity that comes from your email
If you include a Shopify link in your email, Emma will display any purchases made as a result of that email. Easily track the ROI of your email (and pat yourself on the back when the sales roll in). Send thank you emails and rewards automatically
We improved Emma’s email automation features to let Shopify users send automatic emails when customer details change. You set the parameters — if someone makes a purchase (or say, 10 purchases), you can trigger a heartfelt thank you email and include a coupon for a future purchase.
