This year has brought a renewed focus on collaboration, creating lasting impressions and providing value, all in the pursuit of true connection. We believe that connecting with our customers is how we measure success - so this trend, for us, is one that will go well into 2023 and beyond.

This year, Emma customers sent over 9.03 billion emails that were opened all around the world!
And, you designed 27,054 email templates that made sure you stood out in the inbox.
You got smarter with your emails – A/B testing 3,242 campaigns (up 7% from 2021) and implementing 33,722 subject line tests to drive that all important subscriber engagement.
You created 7,335 automated journeys to send timely and relevant emails to your subscribers, while reducing your workload! Think of all the time you saved.
Our biggest 2022 product release was the launch of Emma’s New Editor. The new drag-and-drop editor was developed to help our Emma customers create beautiful, powerful email designs with greater flexibility, in less time. And, since launching the new editor, we’ve already made some exciting improvements, giving customers even more design control:
