What’s next for your email marketing data, results and insights
We love helping our customers see big results with email marketing. Heck, it’s why we developed Metric, our response app for iPhone that lets you stay connected to your email performance from anywhere. It’s why features like responsive mobile-optimized templates, subject line split testing and automated welcome emails come standard in every Emma account. And it’s why we’ve launched concierge service packages aimed at designing for mobile inboxes, tailoring messages for key audience segments and improving sending strategy for higher engagement. You know, stuff that gets you better results.
Soon we’ll be expressing our obsession with great results in the form of a completely revamped Response section, which is totally different from how we express our obsession with glazed donuts. We’ve put our best thinking and tons of customer feedback into all-new metrics and insights every marketer needs to know, and we’ve wrapped them up in a fresh design.
Here are three big themes you can expect to see in action when we launch the new Response section in the coming weeks:
We know you’re busy, so we designed the new Response section to give you a clear picture of your email’s performance at a glance. The new click map, which highlights where recipients are clicking on your email, will help you spot your most engaging content right away and understand how your layout and design choices affect those all-important clicks.
Context, context, context
What good are raw numbers if you don’t have anything to compare them to, right? That’s why the new Response section will put results in context. Expect to see the same Mailing Score we developed for Metric so you can know how your overall performance compares to the millions of other emails Emma customers send each day. We’ll also share insights on any spikes or dips in opens, clicks and email delivery so you can do more of what works for your audience.
Speaking of your audience, get ready to learn more about ‘em than ever before. The new Response section tracks opens by device and opens by email client. Understanding where your audience is helps you make smarter design and content decisions, all in the name of getting more recipients to take action.
