We’ll upgrade your account on July 1, 2017 and your new billing will go into effect on July 1.
No, there is nothing you’ll need to do. The new features, updated design, and navigation will be enabled on the day of your upgrade.
All audience information, campaigns, and response results in your Emma account will remain the same. Triggers, however, are not supported and any existing triggers will need to be rebuilt as automation workflows after the upgrade.
Your account will remain on the flat-rate volume-based tier you’re currently on. This is a proactive charge which means you’ll be billed a flat rate at the beginning of the month, and any overages will be charged at the end of the month. This flat-rate pricing means you’ll no longer have to adjust your monthly sending volume.
If you go over your sending tier in a month, you will be charged a per-email overage. For example, if your sending tier allows for up to 5K emails and you send an additional 1K emails bringing your total to 6K emails, you will be charged a per-email overage for that extra 1K.
Nope! We do offer discounted pricing for an annual plan. Click here and we’ll talk through annual pricing.
Yes. We will no longer support the version of Emma your account is on after July 1, 2017. The good news is that you’ll be on a much more predictive billing cycle and, as we continue to release new features, you’ll always be the first to get the latest and greatest.
