We have heard from our systems team that the third-party outage has been resolved. Automation and lightbox forms are now available.

Due to a third-party service outage, Lightbox forms cannot be viewed or created in Emma accounts. Workflow creation and editing has been restored. We will update this page when that third-party outage is resolved.

Due to a third-party service outage,  Automation workflows and Lightbox forms are not displaying in accounts, and new workflows and forms cannot be created. Existing workflows and forms are working properly. We will update this page when that third-party outage is resolved.
