Tips & tricks to get your audience in the sharing spirit
Social sharing widens your campaign's reach, but it doesn't do so automatically (dangit). Here are five tips to make sure your audience is sharing -- and loving -- your campaigns (hooray!).
What to do about four trends you might notice by using those handy charts in your account
We've taken the response numbers already available to you in your response section and put them in chart form to give you a clear picture of how your email campaigns are performing. The charts will help you spot trends that can inform you of changes you can make to keep your audience members engaged and your response numbers consistent. Here's a quick guide to handling four common email marketing scenarios that are easier to spot because of the interactive chart feature.
Expand your campaign's reach, discover your most loyal fans and more

Numbers aren’t everything: How to figure out which rates and percentages actually matter
In email marketing circles, we know that things like open and click-through rates vary wildly not only from industry to industry, but even among campaigns sent by the same organization. In our own Emma campaigns, for example, our click-through rate can dip as low as 3% in emails where getting people to click is not particularly important to us, and rise as high as 40% when it's something we clearly set out to do. When we do want people to click, we make sure the link goes to really worthwhile content, we position that link prominently in the email, and we frame it in a way that entices even the most casual reader to consider hitting it. That's a much different approach from campaigns where the object is to get people to read, not click, and it's a good example of Emma's tip #1 for comparing campaigns.
