Rachel prides herself on her freakish memory, noting that she could remember the lyrics to the song she bought the cassingle for in 1992. And in that statement, you have the proof: who remembers the word cassingle? Welp, Rachel does, and it's one of the many reasons she's on our customer support team. Other reasons? Before joining us, she was the customer service manager for a vinyl pressing plant. She stage managed a production of Les Mis at Nashville's Mercy Lounge. She can knit robots. What else?
