Choose this option for a header + footer template, which will frame the email content that you add in on your end.
This is a template for the body of your email, with image and text boxes arranged however you’d like. Your account already features dozens of free ones, but you can choose this option to have us create an additional layout built to your custom specifications.
This is for one-off speciality mailings. Send us the email you've designed as a PDF or big campaign image, and we'll code it for the inbox. Keep in mind that it won't be editable afterward.
If you already have a design in your Emma account and need some minor changes (new address, color swap, logo update, etc.), choose this option.

If you have revisions to a slice and dice, we will need to completely re-slice the file, and a new fee will apply to the work. We'll also need the finished, revised art file, which you can provide in the next steps along with any additional instructions.
Note: We do not accept Word, PowerPoint, Publisher or InDesign files.
If you are providing layered art files (such as Photoshop or Illustrator), please make sure your type is converted to outlines to protect the integrity of your design.
If you have multiple files, please zip ’em up! Not sure how? Click here.
On Mac: Locate the file or folder on your desktop and click to highlight it. If you have more than one file, hold the Command key while clicking each file. Choose File > Compress.
On PC: Locate the file or folder and click to highlight it. Right-click and choose 'Add to Zip' or 'Add to Archive.'
Maximum file size is 20MB.
A physical address is required by the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. If nothing is entered below, we'll use the address we have on file for you.
Please enter the information as you would like it to appear in your footer.
Please provide any other instructions, such as where to link your header or if you want a specific background color.
The finalized campaign artwork.
Remember that a slice and dice is an image-based campaign for a one-time send (it will not be editable once we slice and code it). If you need an editable, re-usable template, please go back and request a custom layout. Thank you!
We accept nearly all kinds of image files (e.g. JPG, PNG, GIF, etc.) as well as PDFs, but we do not accept Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint or Publisher.
The plaintext version of your campaign.
This is the text-only version of your campaign content, which we will also code into your mailing. This way, any readers who don't accept images in their inboxes will still see your content -- but don't worry, Emma will still send the image-based version to anyone whose personal email preferences allow it.
You may provide a word processing document (.txt, .rtf, Microsoft Word or iWork Pages) for the plaintext version of your campaign.
Maximum file size is 20MB. Zip up multiple files, please. Not sure how to create a zip file?
Click each section to choose a color from a palette or type in a specific six-digit hex code.

Does your website have navigation links? They might look nice in your header…
The navigation menu (those links that are sometimes across the top of a website, which point to different pages of the site) can be a great tool to drive clicks from your emails to your website.
Let us know here which links (if any) should be featured in your email header. If you don't mention any links below, we'll assume that's a big "no, thank you."
What other websites do you love?
If someone else has done a great job of communicating the kind of style you want to achieve, give us the link to their website and we'll take a look. This kind of thing is quite helpful when we're getting to know your brand.
We’ll need to know details like:
Please provide the direct URL so we can set up the correct link (http://www.facebook.com/emmaemail)
Please provide the direct URL so we can set up the correct link (http://www.twitter.com/emmaemail)
Enter as many additional social media links as you'd like, and let us know if you'd prefer a particular style of logo.
Please take a look and make sure everything is right. If you spot something that needs changing, you can use the progress dots above to return to a previous page.
Your designer will be in touch within business days to let you know that your work is complete, but keep in mind that incomplete or inaccurate requests will delay the completion of your work. Take a look at this checklist to make sure you’ve provided everything we need, and if not, feel free to go back and edit your request:
A design consultant will check in with you once your request has been processed (usually 3-4 business days) just to confirm that we’re on track or to request additional information, materials, or clarification from you. Please be sure to provide that as needed so we can complete the work as quickly as possible for you. Thanks so much!
