Each week, WPLN whips up Connect, a smart, easy-to-read newsletter that clues listeners into the latest from the radio shows they love, plus website extras, volunteer opportunities and more. With the help of Emma's click-and-build layouts, busy staffers don't need IT degrees or loads of spare time to get the job done with flair.

Feedback made easy.

When it came time to redesign Connect, WPLN tailored it to their listeners' interests by enlisting Emma's free email survey feature. They asked a few questions, and their audience happily answered. Within weeks, WPLN launched a sleek new version highlighting links to the website pages folks said they used most.

Growing the list, gathering pledges.

In the six years they've been using Emma, WPLN's email list has quadrupled in size. These days, when pledge drive time rolls around, they reach some 16,000 potential supporters with quick, on-point messages — not to mention designed stationery that emphasizes alluring extras like trips to Greece.

During our fundraising campaigns, Emma has helped us raise tens of thousands of dollars a day.
