Thanks for checking back, Susan! Our mission is to make your first experience with the new editor a great one, but that's taking a little extra time. Thanks for hanging in there!

It's been a while since you were "just a few more steps away" - can you give us an idea of when we can realistically expect this to be rolled out to all users?

Hello!

How did the Gray Photography folks add their signature at the bottom? Did they somehow make that a jpeg and load it as a picture?

Very good post. People, by and large, want to connect with other people. It's in our DNA. That same desire extends to businesses as well.

Hi Shane, thanks for stopping by. Our API would certainly allow you to add members, export members, opt out users and get lists of those opted out users to add to your system. You can read through our documentation here, which I think will explain everything you need. If you have further questions, let us know!

Emma and Agile Ticketing have many of the same customers in a specific lateral; art houses and historic theatres. I have been exploring the possibility of extending the Emma platform to our new customers who may not currently use email as a marketing effort. One challenge that we have is being able to easily scrub and import/export membership and theatre ticket buyer opt-in/opt-out data - to and from the ticketing application. With these API developments, do you think that there will be a capability whereby this function could be created on our end?

Great article! I wholeheartedly agree and am often fighting these fights. Is the typo in your subtitle on purpose?

@Kim I absolutely agree -- great tip. Thanks for sharing!

@Hamilton Ha! Well played. And you're wise to point out that bot talk is often the product of people writing for their bosses instead of their buyers. Good stuff. Thanks for the comment!

ARRG!! I loath bot talk and see it so often -- still! -- I'm shocked. It is written by timid people in the marketing department for their bosses; and shame on both ends of that closed loop. This does, however, represent an opportunity for those so bold as to actually write for the reader and write for results. I would strongly recommend leveraging a best-practices communication strategy that maximizes seamless, end-to-end buy-in. Or, how about just writing so people understand and are persuaded?
