Through email, you have the power to find out what your email subscribers are interested in hearing more about, what types of content they want to engage with, and even how often they want to hear from you.
Your email list is your most engaged online audience – these are people who have provided you with their (valuable) email address and trust you to do right by it – why not honor that relationship by asking for feedback?
