Automation product owner Cody De Vos and client success specialist Rachel Rogers walked attendees through their favorite aspects of the soon-to-be-released Automation section in Emma. Create a series to share information over time
First, Rachel explained just how easy it is to create a series of automated emails for welcoming new subscribers, sharing information leading up to and after an event, or reminding customers to re-purchase an item or make an appointment. Rachel loves how helpful an automated series can be and, when done right, marketing emails just start to feel like really personal reminders.
Reward your most loyal customers automatically
Cody is on our product team and helped launch Emma for Shopify, so he showed just how powerful email marketing can be when you automate an email to your VIP customers when they've spent a certain amount of money in your store.
Refine (we made it easy) and watch your results improve
Rachel then shared a quick look at how you can see the the results of an automated series . Rolled-up results are front and center, so you can know how the whole campaign is performing and easily share that woth your team. But you can also drill into the results of individual mailings, right there on the same page.
And since we're making it really easy to edit content and publish changes to an existing automated workflow, you can keep refining the content of individual emails and see how that impacts the top-line results of the whole series. Pretty cool, right?
